KNM ER 1470 is actually usually considered Homo Rudolphensis or homo Habilis or some even thing Homo ergaster which is way to many names of course for a period of 500,000 years if the new CC estimate was correct that would put it in the Austrolipithicine range but the new estimate is stupid, Personally I see it as transitional Homo erectus.
